Vaginismus (V)
is an involuntary spasm of the vaginal entrance (musculature of
the outer third of the vagina that interferes with intercourse)
making intercourse impossible, difficult or uncomfortable to penetrate
due to involuntary vaginal contractions. 20% of all women may suffer
from this condition.
Cause of V:

Due to Unconscious Fear and / or Guilt
ISD: Inhibited Sexual Desire (ISD):
It’s not a sexual dysfunction; it is a disorder that can
disrupt the sexual relationship of a couple. It’s an Inhibition
of Sexual Desire or Appetite. ISD classified only when lack of sexual
interests a source of personal or relationship distress, instead
of voluntary choice.
ISD is present if there are both activities as below:

Attention to erotic material

Awareness of wishes for sexual activity

Noticing attractive potential partners

Feeling of frustration if deprived of sex
