Mal Weeraratne - Therapist (See photo) Mal is the Founder of Tantric Journey and has worked in the field of Human Sexuality since 1994, both in learning and treating over 1000 clients from all walks of life in the UK and USA Mal studied at the International Center for Release and Integration in Mill Valley, California, studying under Dr Jack Painter (www.posturalintegration.net), the pioneer of deep bodywork in the USA. He also studied at Source School of Tantra in Maui, Hawaii under Charles and Caroline Muir (www.sourcetantra.com) for two years, giving him his CTE certificate and becoming the first Advance Certified Tantra Educator in the UK. He also completed modules 1 and 2 of Margot Anand's Tantra Training in San Francisco, California. Mal has studied with Brandon Bays (www.brandonbays.com) in the UK, to be an Accredited Journey Therapist. He studied NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) with Dr Robert Bays in the UK. Mal is a qualified massage therapist with ITEC - International Therapy Examination Council. He has learnt the following massage modalities and other therapies from all over the world. He has over 20 years of massage experience:
Mal was born in Sri-Lanka, with an Eastern upbringing with a Buddhist Philosophy. He was educated in London and holds a BSc (Hon) degree in Bio Physical Science, DMS and a MBA. Following are the virtues Mal has developed over many years of Tantric practices:
